Learned about how to use 'Bone'. (Rigging)

I love Team Fortress 2 game. So, I made this Sentry gun. Using this model, I learned how to rig using bones.
It is so hard for me, but very useful.

Still don't understand how to use Subdivision Surface Modifier. :(
